In my job hunt I am constantly seeing classifieds asking me if I am a guru in Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Flash/Html/etc. At first I didn’t think much about this particular phrase. I wouldn’t come upon the phrase too often, but all of a sudden it feels like it is everywhere, and it annoys me.
